Return & Exchange Policy

At https://zzzm.site, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your jewelry, we offer a return and exchange policy under the following terms.
1. Eligibility for Returns and Exchanges
- Returns: You may return your jewelry items within 30 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, provided the items are in their original, unused condition (i.e., unworn, unaltered, and in the original packaging with all tags attached).
- Exchanges: If you would like to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, you may do so within 30 days of receiving your order, provided the item meets the conditions for an exchange (as listed below).

2. How to Return or Exchange an Item
To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Please email us to request a Return Authorization (RA) number. Include your order number, the item(s) you wish to return or exchange, and the reason for the return or exchange.
- Prepare Your Return Package: Once you receive your RA number, carefully package the item(s) in their original packaging (if possible) to prevent any damage during return shipping. Make sure to include the original receipt or proof of purchase.
- Shipping Your Return: Ship the item(s) back to us using a trackable shipping service (e.g., USPS, UPS, FedEx). You are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the return is due to a defect or mistake on our part.
- Inspection and Processing: Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will inspect them to confirm they are in the original, unused condition. Once approved, we will process your return or exchange.
3. Refunds
- Refund Processing: Once your return is approved, we will issue a refund to the original payment method. Please note that it may take 7–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.
- Shipping Costs: Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part (e.g., wrong item sent, damaged goods). If you received free shipping on your order, the shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
4. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different size, style, or color, please contact us to arrange the exchange. If the item is unavailable, we will issue a refund instead.
- Exchanges are processed based on the item’s availability and are subject to availability. If an item is no longer available, we will notify you and offer a full refund.
5. Defective or Damaged Items
If you receive an item that is defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us immediately with your order number and a photo of the damaged or incorrect item. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and arrange for a full refund or exchange at no additional cost to you.
6. Late Returns
We cannot accept returns or exchanges for items that are returned after the 30 day return window. If your return is outside of this time frame, please contact us to see if a special exception can be made.
7. International Returns
If you are returning an item from outside of [your country], you are responsible for all shipping and customs duties. We recommend that you use a trackable shipping service for international returns, as we cannot guarantee we will receive your returned items.
